Every Momentra piece is made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your item ships. This is separate from shipping time.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email us at momentraapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We offer sizes XS through 3XL for most items. Size availability may vary by product — check the product page for the full size range.

Each product includes a size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart rather than going by your usual size, as fit can vary by style.
